Very well located, one block from the train station, in front of the Tivoli gardens, all the tourist attractions are close by (maximum 40 minutes walk to the farthest one), the tickets for the bus and boat tour are sold outside, the tourist office is in front, there is a mall nearby. Very well decorated, spacious rooms, very comfortable, the bed and pillows are the best, I stayed in a room with a view of the Tivoli.. The staff is very friendly, I highlight Daniel and Viktor in reception, it is easy to communicate with them in English, in addition many speak Spanish, we were granted a late check out in addition . The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant is a little expensive but the food is very good, in any case there are many restaurants nearby. Miyy good experience
room is not very well soundproofed, you can hear the adjacent rooms, little bit of the noise of the street and concerts of the Tivoli. Actually this was not a problem at all, it can be improved

First off, the location is very nice, right across from Tivoli and the train station, can't beat that for convenience. Also , the room we got on the 12th floor had this amazing view of the city, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but it was still acceptable given the experience.

hotel is superbly located, next to the Central Station and Tivoli (a very magical amusement park). room was very spacious and with a king size bed, one of the most comfortable I've tried. 10. Although the cleaning is fair (glass and door handles were dirty) the rest is impeccable. hotel staff is very polite and super attentive. the breakfast is wonderful, you have a lot of variety and they made me want to get up early just for breakfast. recommendable. decoration of the hotel is another added value for those who appreciate Jacobsen's design, time passes but the design remains. It has a tourist bus stop right in front of it and hotel is considered a tourist attraction because of its history in the city. I would certainly repeat and recommend it to everyone. You will be right!
The cleaning of the window panes and that the temperature of the room could be better adjusted.

the staff were very helpful and extremely nice, location was excellent, room very clean, free internet, large flat screen tv. Cafe Royal for lunch and dinner best culinary experience ever, not to be missed.
Breakfast buffet wasn't worth the money and not enough variety.

Lovely big comfortable room. Two minute walk from central station and walking distance from all the main sites.
Due to the loud music on Friday nights coming from the Tivolli Gardens across the road we did find it a little noisy

excellent views of Tivoli Gardens, central location adjacent to public transport, mid-century minimalism design elements
The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to discomfort!!! Rooms are ridiculously small with a shocking lack of storage space!!! Don't even think about parking. It's a hassle having to hunt for a public garage!!!
